Wedding Management Package

Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to oversee the final details, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We step in one month before your wedding, taking care of logistics so you can enjoy your day stress-free.

This package includes:

• A curated list of vendor recommendations

• A venue walkthrough to assist with space planning & logistics

• A comprehensive wedding day timeline provided to all vendors

• Vendor confirmations and logistics coordination two weeks prior to the wedding

• Coordination of your rehearsal ceremony

• Full wedding day management, including oversight of set-up, décor placement, and vendor coordination

• Directing the wedding party for the ceremony

• One day of assistant for up to 150 guests (additional staff may be needed depending on the size & complexity of the wedding)

• Post-event clean-up assistance and return of important items

• Unlimited phone and email correspondence starting one month prior

This package is ideal for couples who want to hand over the details in the final stretch and have a stress-free wedding day with a dedicated professional ensuring everything goes according to plan.

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE

Designed for couples who have booked a venue and selected a few vendors but need expert support to finalize details, secure remaining vendors, and refine their design vision.

This package includes everything in our Wedding Management package, plus:

• Vendor outreach – requests for proposals from caterers, bartenders, DJs, florists, photographers, and rental companies

• Rental curation & coordination – assist in sourcing rentals to bring your vision to life

• Up to two phone or zoom meetings per month for planning updates and guidance, up to one year prior to your wedding date

• Up to four in-person meetings, including a venue walkthrough and rental company visits, a catering tasting to refine your menu choices, a final venue walkthrough to ensure layout and logistics are finalized.

Full Planning & Design Package

Ideal for couples who want full-service planning from the very beginning. I take care of every detail, from vendor selection to design execution, so you can relax and enjoy the wedding planning experience.

This package includes everything in my Wedding Management & Partial Planning packages, plus:

• Budget creation and management to keep everything on track

• Comprehensive design assistance, including color palettes, wedding party attire, invitations, florals, lighting, furniture, and table settings

• Inspiration board creation to share with vendors for a cohesive wedding aesthetic

• Vendor selection and management, ensuring your style and vision are communicated effectively

• Venue scouting with detailed research and recommendations

• Contract negotiation to secure the best pricing and terms

• Guest list formatting and management

• Hotel accommodation coordination for out-of-town guests

• Attendance at all venue walkthroughs, tastings, and key vendor meetings
